At COA, we are excited to support a proprietary care management platform created by CareDirector USA. The Junior Application Support Analyst will keep our care teams moving by solving problems fast and documenting what works. You'll support our platform so care managers and customer service teams can focus on what matters most: helping older adults live safely and independently at home.
What You'll Do
Frontline Support
- Own Tier 1/2 ticket intake, troubleshooting, and user assistance via our ticketing system, phone, email, and remote tools.
- Document steps and outcomes; escalate clearly when needed.
Documentation & Training
- Maintain user guides and knowledge base articles; turn solved tickets into how-tos.
- Assist with new-hire and refresher training by prepping materials and capturing FAQs.
Testing & Quality
- Execute UAT test cases; log results; help validate bug fixes and minor enhancements.
- Flag recurring issues and data errors; recommend updates to playbooks.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with help desk, business analysts, and developers to keep systems running smoothly.
- Learn and follow HIPAA and security procedures in all work.
What You'll Bring
- Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT/IS or related field.
- 1-2 years in application support or help desk.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Jira.
- Clear, patient communication and genuine customer service mindset.
- Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work remotely.
- Ability to travel within Ohio for training as needed.
