Pay Range: $56,300 to $82,875.00 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
This role leads and supports organization-wide process improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. You’ll partner across clinical, administrative, compliance, and IT teams to analyze workflows, uncover opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Collect and analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, and performance gaps
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies
- Coach leaders and frontline teams in daily improvement practices and continuous improvement tools
- Collaborate across departments to align improvements with strategic priorities
- Develop KPIs, track performance, and report outcomes of improvement initiatives
- Create process maps, SOPs, and documentation to ensure sustainability and clarity
- Partner with training teams to support adoption of new processes and tools
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on efficiency, compliance, and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field required
- 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement (healthcare, human services, or regulated environment preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma training strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance diagnostics
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and implement sustainable solutions
- Experience coaching teams and building continuous improvement capability
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Project management experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
