We are currently looking for a COG Manager for LSH to further develop and deploy strategic LSH projects and show significant growth and opportunities in the region for our world-class services to our customers.
Location of the Role: Plantation, Florida.
Key Accountabilities:
- AMNetwork Operations lead contact for LSH support, with focus on strategic objective to grow revenue.
- Ensures that cross-functional coordination is in place.
- Creates operational sustainable solutions per Global SOP or Customer build SOP.
- Performs gaps analysis to determine operational readiness against commercial expectation.
- Prepares, reviews, and presents volume growth opportunities to upper management.
- Setting key performance indicators to measure success.
- Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes.
Requires close interaction with Senior Management and consults with Regional and Global function heads in enabling operational and systems enhancements to secure additional growth.
Oversees overall activities associated with meeting LSH sector needs. Focus on 99% SC.
Actively engages commercial stakeholders and customer decision makers to provide assessment of needs/requirements.
Interprets conditions to meet Operational realities and course of action.
Qualifications - Internal
Key Requirements:
- Experienced professional contributor with 2-5 years of experience in related field.
- BS/BA in related discipline
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
- Management skills to properly define sustainable corrective actions and ownership.
- Robust knowledge of DHL's network and GSOP, strong awareness of IT capabilities,cross-functional interoperability and in depth understanding of customer/market needs
- Preferably good knowledge of Life Sciences and Healthcare
- Proficiency in English, and in other language (Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (preferably at management levels in either network operations, customer service, Commercial or general management)
- Regional or Global experience in Operations would be an advantage
- Relevant working experience (preferably at management levels) with Commercial teams and customer facing roles. University degree or equivalent industry experience
