Job Description
To accelerate divisional Net Growth from assigned Global customer accounts by:
• Maximizing existing business retention
• Driving new business wins
• Protecting and enhancing margins
• Increasing overall customer satisfaction
• Driving innovation through targeted customer solutions
• Orchestrating and coordinating Operational alignment
Grow / Maintain / Delight
• Serves as the primary contact for multiple global customers regarding strategic and tactical matters, encompassing operations, relationship management, and commercial discussions.
• Establishes a wide-ranging network within the customer's organization (up to C-level) and advocates for the value we have provided. Broaden customer relationships through building a common agenda via Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with a 3 year+ horizon having clear vision, joint goals, set business priorities defined as part of a Global customer Account Development Plans.
• Creates comprehensive end-to-end supply chain maps, value stream maps, and monitors wallet share.
Required Education and Experience
• A minimum of 8 years in the logistics industry
• Ideally a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role of frontline Account Management and Business Development activities
• Highly developed facilitation and influencing skills at all levels
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects
• Process orientated with consultative /collaborative approach
• Experience of working in global, regional and country environments
• Experience of working with and respecting multiple cultures
• Degree level education (ideally Masters level)
• Demonstrable Continuous Professional Development
