Salary Range: $85,000 - $150,000 per year.
This role can be remote and prefer the candidate be near a major airport. This role will have 40-50% travel in the year.

Job Description
As a member of the North America Project Delivery Leadership team, the Sr. Director, Project Delivery will:
- Hire, train and manage a team of Directors, Program Managers and Project Managers who are responsible for the planning and execution of projects from low to medium to high complexity.
- Responsible for Project Delivery team skills development
- Deliver the Ops Excellence and Project Delivery strategies through all startup activity inside of North America
- Own and drive the project delivery strategy
- Influence strategy within Operational Excellence enhancing Project Delivery effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Develop Project Delivery team skills in DePICT methodology, Planview system and O2D process
- Mentor and develop direct report talent
- Operate as escalation point for all projects inside of assigned business unit and drive to a solution
- Project prioritization within assigned business unit and in collaboration with peers
- Resource management - project manager assignment, ensuring skill set matches the project requirement to meet the clients’ deliverables and sector business needs
- Oversight of projects, starting from the early stages of proposal development through delivery to potentially include proposals
- Stay informed of reporting, customer management and risk mitigation
- Perform all necessary executive reporting
- Ability to effectively engage, guide, challenge and direct at an executive level
- Ability to lead and work across all functions within DSC to support strategic initiatives from the early stages of development through implementation
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and guide a team reporting through a matrixed organization
- Ability to review and validate business assumptions in perspective projects
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree, required
- 10+ years people management experience, required
- 7+ years experience in logistics, operations managements, or manufacturing environment, required
- 5+ years project management experience, preferred
