The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

- Shift:1stshift- 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday –; Friday
- Pay:$21.70 per hour

- This position is a lead/coordinator position
- Experience with using different warehouse management systems.
- Safety 1st attitude must be able to manage timelines and productivity expectations.
- Detailed oriented, follows processes fully.
- Experienceoperatingthe Stand-up and Sit-down Forklift is preferred.Abilitytoutilizeattachments, suchas clamp,slip,and forks is preferred. Must be able to pick up and handle up to 50lbs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Purpose:
Physically reconcile/verify raw and finished good inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling/analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory)
Is an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reporting
Assigns work schedules, trains associates and monitor’s associates’ progress
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
- Reconciliation and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
- Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
- Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
- Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
- Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
- Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
- Conduct training for new associates.
- Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
- Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory
