The core responsibilities of this role include:
• Act as the primary liaison between line leads and site supervisors to ensure clear communication and operational continuity.
• Monitor and support packaging lines to ensure they are set up correctly and running at appropriate speeds to meet production goals.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, missed scans, and consumption variances by navigating both Blue Yonder and Nulogy warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Manage work distribution across multiple production lines, ensuring efficient labor and resource allocation.
• Support a positive team culture by modeling effective communication, problem-solving, and people-first leadership.
Position:Group Coordinator Lead - Packaging Operator
Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday
Pay: $19 an hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with prior experience overseeing or coordinating production teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly Blue Yonder and Nulogy.
• Previous exposure to packaging or manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of production workflows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and reconcile system data accurately.
• Experience interpreting code dates, packaging specifications, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed to support line operations.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting.
Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group.
Trains new associates in identified work group.
Key Accountabilities:
- Package product into bags, boxes, or totes per customer specifications.
- Document quality checks and enter into the system.
- Read and disseminate information on the product specifications and packaging requirements.
- Assist in training new associates and cross-training backup associates.
- Pull product samples and test product mix, labeling and or weight against specs.
- Follow all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
- Must be able to perform all duties of packaging operator II.
- Maintain housekeeping duties around packaging equipment and in warehouse.
- Responsible for lockout/tagout of equipment when clearing jams or performing basic maintenance.
- Perform basic adjustments to operating equipment to maintain finished product conformity to specs.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
