Role Purpose:

Responsible for all aspects of the reverse logistics operations within the hub walls. This includes proper check in, receipt, wrapping, slotting, and picking and final client return process. The scope of this responsibility includes both physical handling as well as system related handling. This associate may lead Reverse Logistics Specialist II’s, warehouse and clerical team members while accomplishing these items.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct Reverse Logistics Specialist II’s, warehouse and office associates in performing reverse logistics functions within the facility.
  • Interact with both customers and clients on a daily basis in order to complete job tasks. This will include phone calls, conference calls, e-mail, and face to face communications.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for both internal and external use.
  • Responsible for creation and daily update of Returns orders within NxTier. This will include all client demands relating to order processing and updating.
  • Accountable for inventory integrity as it relates to all reverse logistics merchandise, starting from the point of receipt into hub operations and progressing through to the point of shipment to client.
  • Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly with fellow warehouse and clerical associates, site leadership, customers and clients.
  • Responsible for development and communication of process improvements found during merchandise handling.
  • Responsible for goals set by facility general manager as well as the sector. All goals will be defined at the site level.
  • Accountable for the general organization and cleanliness of all work areas utilized during the reverse logistics process. This includes both warehouse and office work areas and stations. Responsible for supporting the entire operation as it relates to general housekeeping.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-4 years related experience
