The core responsibilities of this role include:Experienced team leader with a strong background in training and mentoring staff. Successfully managed and developed high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering growth, building skills, and driving results.
Requires a minimum of (1 year) experience within a Dispatch or TMS (Transportation Management System) to build and schedule Truckloads and/or LTL shipments based off load request sent from the TMS. Ability to effectively communicate via oral and written communication with Transport Carrier and Client to schedule pickups and research and resolve any issues that occur Maintaining high levels of customer service and timely oral and written communication with client representatives as well as representatives and drivers of trucking and transportation companies to achieve and maintain high service levels.
Position: First (1st) Shift Trainer Customer Service Representative
Shift: 9:00am –; 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $29.90per hour
Additional Incentives:Eligible for attendance bonus
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Ability to effectively communicate via oral and written communication with Transport Carrier and Client to schedule pickups and research and resolve any issues that occur. Must have intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as JDA (preferred), Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP-Preferred, etc, Experience with View software is preferred. Ability to quickly adapt and learn to navigate through customer portals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric team environment. Proficient in email communication. Looking for someone with a good attendance record. Able to prioritize and multi-task. Open to learning new skills. Team player and safety focused

Role Purpose:
Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
- Evaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
- Assist with creating work reference guide.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
- Support operations as needed by leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Certify Associates for MHE
- Actively participate in the YOBE process
- Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
- Updating on company goals and procedures.
- Identify training needs
- Conduct BBS observations
- Participate in Safety Committee
Required Education and Experience:
- Related technical experience
- MHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)
- MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferred
- Scrubber, preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
