POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurately and efficiently picks, packs, and sorts orders.
• Assembles kits, labels items, and engages in other value-added tasks.
• Operates manifesting stations.
• Carries out basic inventory counts, kitting, packaging, and various related tasks.
• Communicates with supervisory staff about any issues affecting the general conditions of the work area.
• Familiar with work directives, equipment maintenance basics, etc.
• Understands and upholds cleanliness standards, ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Takes on additional tasks as needed, including functions of other warehouse positions.
• Upholds food safety and quality guidelines.
• Regularly uses RF (radio frequency) scanners.
• Successfully operators all material handling equipment

SECURITY

• Complies with all company inventory control and security procedures.

SAFETY

• Complies with all government and company safety rules.
  • Reports safety issues promptly to management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years previous warehouse experience.
