The core responsibilities of this role include:
• Support day-to-day operations
• Assist with directing workflow and prioritizing tasks
• Contribute to the onboarding and cross-training of associates
• Serve as the go-to resource for interpreting and enforcing work instructions
• Collaborate with inventory, customer service, and leadership
• Identify potential process improvements and communicate feedback to site leadership
• Engage in physical tasks as needed, including picking will calls and moving products up to 70 lbs
• Operate a stand up forklift and yard equipment as needed
Position: Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 2nd shift 6:30 PM –; 3 AM Monday –; Friday
Pay: $21.50 per hour + $1 shift premium
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Experience using or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as JDA
• Ability to remain adaptable and step into office-based tasks as needed
• Strong situational awareness
• English Proficiency is Required!Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of dependability, accountability, and decision-making
• Physical stamina and comfort working in a labor-intensive environment

Role Purpose:
Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct training for new associates.
- Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
- Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
- Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
- Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
Required Education and Experience:
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
