The core responsibilities of this role include: Training of site required regional standard operating procedures and work instructions. Facilitate, communicate and document all MHE, Yard Mule and Crane/CombiLyft certifications and recertifications among others as needed. Support site quality programs and procedures.

Pay: 23.25 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
1. Certifies new hires on processes, safety standards, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
2. Develops certification standards, conducts training, and evaluates work instructions (WIs).
3. Facilitates "Train the Trainer" programs and assists in selecting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
4. Conducts effective initial and cross-training of associates and temp agency workers.
Monitoring and Compliance:
5. Monitors and maintains MHE InfoLink and training documentation records in ETQ.
6. Participates in the analysis of non-conforming KPIs and provides coaching to correct issues.
7. Conducts periodic process confirmation and Gemba observations to ensure adherence to standards.

Training Coordinator

Key Accountabilities:
- Certifies new hires on processes, safety standards, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Develops certification standards, conducts training, and evaluates work instructions (WIs).
- Facilitates "Train the Trainer" programs and assists in selecting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Conducts effective initial and cross-training of associates and temp agency workers.

- Participates in the analysis of non-conforming KPIs and provides coaching to correct issues.
- Conducts periodic process confirmation and Gemba observations to ensure adherence to standards.
- Works closely with the SAFETY team to complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for new WIs and review them periodically. Participates in Safety Committee meetings and supports the closure of action items.
- Assists in defining and revising onboarding plans for new associates and creates training materials.
- Develops flexible training schedules to meet business needs and incorporates feedback for continuous improvement.
- Creates Best Practice Templates and opportunity slides where applicable.
- Provides regular reports to leadership on training KPI status and identifies training needs or deficiencies.
- Facilitates communication of training results and supports leadership in site initiatives.
- Supports off-shift operations during critical business needs and assists with HR processes as needed.
- Participates in internal audits, quality inspections, and supports DHL sister sites when required.
- Completes other assigned duties, including providing training on updated company policies.
- Other duties as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Associates degree, preferred
- Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Etc
- Basic computer skills
