ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, SAP BRIM Transformation will lead DHL eCommerce Americas’ end-to-end migration from the legacy SAP R/3 ECC6 SD billing platform to the modern SAP BRIM suite. This highly strategic role owns the regional BRIM roadmap, system architecture alignment, implementation oversight, and operational stability of the billing ecosystem. As part of the DHL eCommerce Solutions Division, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, automated, and agile billing environment that enables commercial growth, financial accuracy, and high-volume subscription billing.
The Senior Manager, SAP BRIM Transformation will lead DHL eCommerce Americas’ end-to-end migration from the legacy SAP R/3 ECC6 SD billing platform to the modern SAP BRIM suite. This highly strategic role owns the regional BRIM roadmap, system architecture alignment, implementation oversight, and operational stability of the billing ecosystem. As part of the DHL eCommerce Solutions Division, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, automated, and agile billing environment that enables commercial growth, financial accuracy, and high-volume subscription billing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SAP BRIM Transformation Leadership
- Lead the full lifecycle migration from SAP ECC SD Billing to SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC, FICA), including planning, architecture alignment, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Serve as the primary regional liaison across global SAP teams, external implementation partners, and cross-functional U.S. business groups.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with BRIM capabilities.
- Oversee data migration strategy, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
- Manage customer migration waves ensuring accurate, seamless transition and business continuity.

- Oversee daily and weekly billing cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Monitor system performance, availability, integrations, and interface health.
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and defect resolution with global IT teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation (architecture, configuration, business logic, workflows).
- Implement strong billing-to-cash reconciliation and monitoring processes.
- Oversee daily and weekly billing cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

- Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and milestone reporting.
- Coordinate UAT activities, business signoffs, cutover planning, and deployment readiness.
- Drive effective change management to minimize operational disruption.

- Ensure all documentation for requirements, design, and testing is complete and compliant.
- Partner with Finance leadership to ensure billing KPIs meet audit and performance standards.
- Stay current with SAP BRIM and S/4HANA innovations to support future-state evolution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years progressive SAP experience.
- 3–5+ years hands-on SAP BRIM or subscription billing experience.
- Proven experience leading SAP migration or greenfield implementations.
- Strong understanding of SOM, CI, FICA, CC and integration with FI/CO, SD, and upstream systems.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and external SAP consulting partners.
- Background in logistics, telecom, utilities, SaaS, or high-volume transaction industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
