The core responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records in alignment with site procedures. Ensure all inventory entries, updates, and adjustments are correctly reflected in the warehouse management system. Complete daily inventory management activities to support accurate stock levels and operational reporting. Process inventory adjustments for overages, shorts, damaged, or defective product in accordance with policy. Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices, organizing inventory documentation, and maintaining audit ready records. Follow all established inventory control procedures, safety rules, and work instructions. Communicate inventory issues, progress updates, and findings clearly to management. Perform other duties as assigned by Inventory Control Supervisor to support inventory integrity and overall site performance.
Position: Second Shift Cycle Counter
Shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $22.50 Per hour

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
- Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
- Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
- Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
- Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
