- Set direction, coach for performance, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Billing Operations (High‑Volume, Multi‑Region)
- Own end‑to‑end billing cycles across multiple regions and customer segments.
- Ensure invoices align with contractual terms and duties and taxes requirements.
- Drive billing accuracy, timeliness, and documentation standards.

Cash Management & Application
- Oversee daily cash positions and timely application of customer payments.
- Optimize cash flow through forecasting, reconciliation, and close partnership with Finance.
- Monitor KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy, cash‑application timeliness, and reconciliation metrics.

- Standardize processes, strengthen controls, and implement scalable workflows.

Cross‑Functional Influence
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to align KPIs, data, and process improvements.

Must‑have qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years in billing and cash management.
- 5+ years of people leadership.
- Strong ERP expertise (SAP preferred).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Understanding of duties and taxes within billing.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $105,375 – $140,500
- Bonus: 15%
