Job Purpose:

• Execute plans and smaller transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio’s, Provide input to portfolio planning
• Typically, responsible for a defined portfolio area

Your Tasks:

• Provide support & input into development of portfolio plans & execution smaller transactions to maximize value of CRE portfolio
• Develop real estate scenarios via financial analysis & assess real estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunities
• Advanced understanding of local real estate markets
• Negotiate best outcome for selected transactions and present opportunities to business colleagues in standardized format to allow for comparison
• Document and record standard process and ensure all internal transaction reporting is complete, all fully aligned with BU
• Liaise with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams, CRE & some GBS colleagues on smaller transactions to ensure solution aligns with business requirements

Your Profile:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) as well as internet software and AI function
