Job Purpose:

Support the Construction team by evaluating PTT project data, identifying critical audit materials, and proposing system or process improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Your Tasks:

• Review PTT and assess critical ICS audit materials
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improved accuracy
• Evaluate opportunities for automation or system updates
• Collaborate with Construction PMs for data validation

Your Profile:

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience with project documentation or construction workflows preferred
• Base knowledge of construction and real estate
• Data review and analytical thinking
• Project management fundamentals
• Communication and collaboration
