The core responsibilities of this role include promptly reporting any service failures or need for support to your supervisor. Demonstrating leadership and good judgment in interactions with associates, vendors, and customers is essential, as is escalating issues with disgruntled associates immediately. You are expected to complete daily responsibilities, including customer support and team assistance, while maintaining accurate shift hand-offs and end-of-day checklists. Upholding safety policies and reporting incidents or near misses immediately is crucial. Additionally, maintaining good attendance and communicating any absences directly to your supervisor is required.

Position: Group Coordinator Lead

Shift: 3:00pm –; 11:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped

Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor’s associates’ progress

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
  • Conduct training for new associates.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
