In this key role, you’ll lead the setup and management of RTR processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting that supports our business across the Americas. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the RTR team within our new regional accounting hub, driving excellence from day one.
- Own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all operations.
- Partner with Country CFOs and Finance Managers to establish strong controls and authorizations for key transactions.
- Oversee the creation of financial statements, statutory reports, and tax filings, ensuring compliance and precision every time.
- Be the go-to expert for audits, coordinating internal and external reviews and managing auditor relationships seamlessly.
- Champion a culture of compliance and service excellence, setting the tone for high performance across the team.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Or another related discipline with a strong financial or accounting focus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, ideally within complex multinational environments
- Minimum 5–7 years of people leadership experience, managing medium to large teams, both on-site and virtual, in matrix or shared service operations.
· Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a valuable plus for regional collaboration.

- Proven track record leading Record-to-Report (R2R/RtR) processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience building, stabilizing, or transforming finance hubs or shared service center operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in IFRS and exposure to US GAAP or local statutory frameworks.
- Strong background in internal controls, governance, audits, and risk management, with evidence of implementing robust control environments.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Country CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors), driving decision-making and influencing financial strategy.
- Solid experience working with Finance/ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Cloud, with the ability to drive digital efficiencies and process standardization.
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and process excellence methodologies.
