Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer queries via email, orders and phone calls
- Use both customer-owned and DHL systems accurately
- Follow up on emails, queries, orders, and deliveries
- Provide support to warehouses and customers
- Investigate problematic cases, shipments, requests, and other issues related to daily operations
- Communicate with central, local, and satellite warehouses; escalate issues to the appropriate level/person/IT via email, phone, Skype, or other commonly used channels
- Review and resolve issues escalated by customers or other DHL departments
- Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- 1–1.5 years of experience in customer service or international logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel
- High level of customer focus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Adaptability and rule-following mindset
