Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle customer queries via email, orders and phone calls
  • Use both customer-owned and DHL systems accurately
  • Follow up on emails, queries, orders, and deliveries
  • Provide support to warehouses and customers
  • Investigate problematic cases, shipments, requests, and other issues related to daily operations
  • Communicate with central, local, and satellite warehouses; escalate issues to the appropriate level/person/IT via email, phone, Skype, or other commonly used channels
  • Review and resolve issues escalated by customers or other DHL departments
  • Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in customer service or international logistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel
  • High level of customer focus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Adaptability and rule-following mindset
