Role Purpose
To perform administrative duties and provide accurate information to support the LLP EMEA Accounts, including the maintenance of the supplier database, procurement compliance process, document control, communication with intenal / external stakeholders.
Key Responsabilities
• Responsible for the use and maintenance of the Carrier Database including its data accuracy and functionality development - ultimately the SME of this platform. Collaborate with GBS on day to day tasks and to discuss and align on any discrepancy or technical issue on the use of the platform.
• Ensure carriers' profile and compliance documentation are updated and readilly available in the database and in the Power BI dashboard.
• Liaise with Carrier Management community and carriers promoting the successful understanding and adherence of the standard compliance process, offering trainings, monitoring the Compliance KPIs, conducting regular meeting reviews and addressing non-compliant findings to the Trade & Carrier Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and actively seek ways to enhance existing tools and explore new ones to optimize carrier compliance process.
• Provide hands-on assistance to the Trade Compliance matters.
• Support the maintenance of the market Intelligence Sharedpoint platform and its report library by publishing industry news and reports collated.
• Be the superuser of PowerBI and any other reporting/data software used in the ECCE Team.
• Support the creation of SOPs, training materials and other documents and their maintenance in the Compliance team's SharedPoint making sure latest updates and documents are available.
• Support the administration of the LLP EMEA's benchmarking subscriptions (including Upply and Xeneta) by managing user access and permissions, monitoring quota usage and remaining balances, coordinating subscription renewals and licence adjustments, and maintaining accurate records of subscription status, user activity, and compliance documentation, coordinating training sessions while liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers as required.
• Other Admins Tasks required within the ECCE team, included but not limited to periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations, team's activities, use of new softwares, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of completing continuous or regular admin tasks accurately and efficiently
• Cultural awareness - Ability to adapt and build strong relationships with teams in different regions
• Experience working with, or supporting, teams in multiple countries (desirable).
• High‑school education (or equivalent).
• Experience & competent user of MS Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), Share Point and PowerBi
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, collaborate effectively, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
