Responsibilities
- To review claim notification emails sent from branch offices via DC system on a daily basis.
- To verify the claim reports submitted by branches, ensuring that all claims conform to the conditions set by the DC for product acceptance.
- To send detailed claim information (excess quantities, shortages, damages) through the Claim Investigation program to relevant departments daily, to investigate and identify root causes.
- To liaise with internal and external departments to gather useful information supporting organizational operations and to meet customer needs.
- To request shipment release by email notification to Makro in cases where claimed products are received at the DC, allowing the shipment to be reopened for branch redistribution.
Requirements
- Experienced in Warehouse Operation background is preferrable
- Good communication in Thai
- Able to understand in English is desirable
