Responsibilities

  • To review claim notification emails sent from branch offices via DC system on a daily basis.
  • To verify the claim reports submitted by branches, ensuring that all claims conform to the conditions set by the DC for product acceptance.
  • To send detailed claim information (excess quantities, shortages, damages) through the Claim Investigation program to relevant departments daily, to investigate and identify root causes.
  • To liaise with internal and external departments to gather useful information supporting organizational operations and to meet customer needs.
  • To request shipment release by email notification to Makro in cases where claimed products are received at the DC, allowing the shipment to be reopened for branch redistribution.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Warehouse Operation background is preferrable
  • Good communication in Thai
  • Able to understand in English is desirable
