Key Accountabilities
o Provide support to the HR sub-functional head in managing day-to-day HR operations.
o Assist with recruitment-related tasks, including drafting and posting recruitment advertisements, screening CVs, shortlisting potential candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, preparing employment contracts, and organizing orientation programs.
o Ensure that day-to-day HR data is accurately entered into the system through regular audits.
o Handle Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration, including maintaining leave and attendance records, managing medical/life insurance, and addressing work injury matters.
o Manage data that may include personal information, job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
o Analyze data and prepare reports for management to meet legal obligations or for internal analysis, such as employee demographics, skills inventory, absences, overtime, and employee turnover.
o Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) regarding individual and organization-wide human resource information, while maintaining the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
o Compile and analyze C&B market surveys.
o Stay informed about all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and ensure that updates to rules and regulations are reflected in HR systems, policies, articles, and practices.
o Liaise with relevant ministries to ensure the company complies with labor laws.
o Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments.
o Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.
Skills / Qualifications
o Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
o 3 - 5 years HR experience
o Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required
o Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
o Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork
o Smart, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline
