Senior Application Support Specialist

Demonstrate ownership of assigned events and incidents through to restoration and collaborate with other support teams within the organization and external suppliers. Maintains quality standards and policies. Identifies opportunities for improvement. Liaises with the development team to overcome known problems and fulfil user.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
- 6 + years of experience in application support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Open-Source MEAN stack
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools like Git Actions, Jenkins etc..
- Strong knowledge of handling production incidents, troubleshooting & resolving issues within SLA, providing solution to the problem tickets and managing changes
- Familiarity with ITIL Practices, DevOps Tools, Cloud Certifications is a plus
You should work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
