What will you do:
  • Ensure correct implementation and operation of HR processes in the system, with focus on time & attendance.
  • Review specifications and test cases, verifying results from a business perspective.
  • Design, write, execute, and document test cases and test protocols for HR systems and process changes.
  • Validate data accuracy, process flows, and calculations against legal and business requirements.
  • Visualize HR processes (e.g. process flows, diagrams) to support transparency, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and IT Services to support process improvements and quality assurance.
  • Actively contribute to the development of a multifunctional HR QA setup covering multiple HR domains.
What do we expect from you:
  • Background in HR or payroll, and basic SAP knowledge.
  • German language skills (B2+) to work with documentation and test protocols.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, especially time & attendance and payroll.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented approach with ability to follow test protocols.
  • Motivation to grow in a role combining HR expertise and QA testing.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international team.
