Responsibilities
- Objectives & KPI
- Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your position and to your team. And communicate them as necessary (including to new members of your team as part of the onboarding process).
- Role & Responsibility
- Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team. Communicate them as necessary, to ensure the team is trained and prepared to execute them.
- Routine
- Follow your Routine and review it if neccessary, validating it with your Operations Manager – Minimum review at 6 months;
- Review and approve the Routine of Inbound and Outbound Coordinators and ensure they can deliver their Roles & Responsibilities;
- Conduct OJT for new Coordinator as necessary.
- Resource Planning
- Consolidate updated daily resouce planning of the shift from the coordinator, based on latest volume – Shiftly;
- Receive daily resouce planning updated from previous shift and define shift – Shiftly;
- Provide the updated daily resource planning to Senior Operations Supervisor – Shiftly;
- Daily at the beginning of the shift:
- Receive Daily resource planning update from the previous shift and define shift priorities with the Coordinator;
- Participate on the shift handover with your colleague of previous shift understanding the current status and priorities for your working day;
Requirements

Education: At least a college degree; graduate-level education is an advantage.

Experience:
-
Strong background in warehouse operations, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Proven experience in handling people and team management.

Familiarity with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Skills:

Above-average computer proficiency.

Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to track performance metrics and conduct reviews.

Work Traits:

Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Ability to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
