岗位概述 / Job Overview
全面负责 DHL 中国区服务备件物流(SPL)业务统筹,牵头战略落地、运营管控及团队管理,确保业务合规、业绩达成,向管理层汇报工作。
Fully responsible for the overall coordination of DHL China's Service Parts Logistics (SPL) business, leading the implementation of strategies, operation management and team management, ensuring business compliance and performance achievement, and reporting to the management.
核心职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 为全球重点客户(GMNC)及国内客户提供专业 SPL 服务,维护核心客户关系;管理服务伙伴、供应商,保障合同履约与服务质量。
1. Provide professional SPL services for key global customers (GMNC) and domestic customers, maintain core customer relationships; manage service partners and suppliers to ensure contract performance and service quality.
2. 制定业务战略与绩效目标,统筹基础设施规划、资源配置,管控运营成本,定期复盘业绩,向管理层汇报 P&L 及运营情况。
2. Formulate business strategies and performance goals, coordinate infrastructure planning and resource allocation, control operating costs, regularly review performance, and report P&L and operation status to the management.
3. 监督全国 SPL 日常运营,及时解决运营问题,推动服务优化与数字化升级,制定应急预案防范服务风险。
3. Supervise the daily operation of national SPL, timely solve operational problems, promote service optimization and digital upgrading, and formulate emergency plans to prevent service risks.
4. 领导团队开展工作,明确岗位职责,做好人才培养与团队建设,确保各项业务顺利落地。
4. Lead the team to carry out work, clarify job responsibilities, do a good job in talent training and team building, and ensure the smooth implementation of various businesses.
任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历,物流、经济、工程相关专业优先;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields is preferred;
2. 10 年以上物流行业经验,含保税仓 / 保税运营经验,5 年以上管理经验,3 年以上跨职能 / 矩阵组织工作经验;
2. More than 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, including bonded warehouse/bonded operation experience, more than 5 years of management experience, and more than 3 years of experience in cross-functional/matrix organization;
3. 具备优秀英语沟通、商务谈判、项目管理及供应链统筹能力,熟练使用 Office 办公软件;
3. Excellent English communication, business negotiation, project management and supply chain coordination capabilities, proficient in using Office software;
4. 熟悉 DHL 全球网络者优先,具备较强的成本意识与合规意识。
4. Familiarity with DHL global network is preferred, with strong cost awareness and compliance awareness.
5. 中文精通为必要条件。
5. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.
