We in Advance Analytics Team are responsible to provide the best in class AI/ML solutions to our business and to help them unlock the real potential of business data. As an AI / ML Senior Architect, you bring strong experience in designing and building enterprise‑grade AI and Machine Learning applications, with a clear focus on architecture, scalability, security, and industry best practices. You have a proven track record of translating business requirements into well‑defined AI/ML architectural blueprints, covering data pipelines, model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.

You will provide architectural leadership across AI platforms, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and MLOps. You will support complex incident analysis related to AI systems, model behavior, performance degradation, and data quality issues, working closely with engineering, platform, and security teams. For any issues related to AI solutions, ML pipelines, data pipelines, or generative AI services within the Advance Analytics team, you are our go‑to expert. This includes designing, proposing, and governing architectural changes to our existing or new AI/ML products.

Last but not least, AI technologies spanning machine learning models, generative AI, data platforms (Snowflake, Teradata), MLOps pipelines, cloud AI services (Azure / Google Cloud), APIs, and enterprise integrations are all part of your architecture domain.

As an AI / ML Senior Architect, having enterprise AI / ML solution architecture experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts, along with hands‑on exposure to cloud‑based AI platforms, will be an integral part of this role.

You demonstrate deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI architectures. Hands‑on experience with enterprise LLM platforms, including Google Vertex AI and Azure AI Services. Strong data modelling and data warehousing knowledge using Snowflake will be an advantage.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud‑native system design, API‑based AI services, and LLM platform integration (prompt engineering, RAG patterns, embeddings, and inference optimization). You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Saif and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Principal Consultant in the GCDB, Sales & Pricing team. Gaining more hands-on experience with BI Domain has always fascinated me, so I moved to the BI & Pricing team. In 2022, I moved to a management role, and currently leading Advance Analytics & Customs Reporting team.
