The Connected Control Tower Manager plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective transport operations across DHL’s centralised transport network. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership and oversight across consistent service delivery, enhanced operational visibility, and strong compliance with Transport Safety Standards, customer agreements, and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal to driving improved performance, productivity, and data‑driven decision‑making across the network. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership of the Connected Control Tower, ensuring consistent, high‑quality transport execution
• Oversee Customer Order Management, transport planning, order and trip tracking, and customer service performance
• Drive transport efficiency initiatives to optimise cost, service, and productivity outcomes
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of compulsory transport systems and tools
• Lead data analytics and performance reporting to enable insight‑driven decisions and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with transport safety standards, customer contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations
• Support onboarding of new customers into standardised Control Tower processes
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and ways of working

• Strong understanding of transport planning, execution, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with transport management systems and integrated operational platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
