a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Key Responsibilities Customer Due Diligence & KYC• Conduct KYC, CDD, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks during customer onboarding and periodic reviews • Verify customer identity, ownership structure, and business activities • Assess and document customer risk profiles in line with regulatory and internal guidelines Compliance Monitoring & Reviews• Perform ongoing monitoring of customer accounts and transactions for compliance risks • Identify red flags related to AML, sanctions, fraud, or regulatory breaches • Review and approve customer documentation and compliance exceptions Regulatory & Policy Adherence• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, sanctions, data privacy, industry-specific laws) • Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations impacting customer processes • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews Reporting & Escalation• Investigate and escalate suspicious activities, high-risk customers, or non-compliance issues • Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and documentation for management and regulators • Maintain accurate records and audit trails Stakeholder Coordination• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Legal, Risk, Sales, and IT • Support business teams by providing compliance guidance on customer matters • Assist in training staff on customer compliance and regulatory requirements
