Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and damages.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods to prevent loss or damage.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff.
• Assign daily tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor productivity.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate records using SAP
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and performance reports for management.
• Recommend process improvements based on inventory data and trends.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Promote a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives, if applicable.
• Minimize inventory shrinkage, obsolescence, and waste.
• Support cost-control initiatives related to inventory handling and storage.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Semiconductor, electronics, or high‑tech manufacturing warehouse experience is an advantage.
• K\nowledge and background in warehouse inventory management.
• Experience in using S4 Hana Systems.
• Skilled in inventory reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite.
