We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient execution of (highly) complex and specialized projects within the Finance department for the respective business partners. This includes coordinating and implementing the business partners' requirements and providing consulting and coaching on project management methods to empower the Finance Services departments.
Your tasks:
- Setting up the project organization and managing resources as part of the project
- Creation of business cases, including complex ones if necessary
- Comprehensively organizing any necessary training and change management workshops
- Independently supporting stakeholders within and outside the project
- Supporting & advising the specialist departments on process optimization, IT system conversions and digitalization options
- Anticipate internal and/or external business or regulatory challenges; recommend process, product or service improvements; strong contribution to process improvement in own area of responsibility
- Expert in best practices and procedures for optimal quality in own area and subject matter expert for intra- or cross-divisional teams or projects
- Definition of quality standards
- Very strong ability to change perspectives to identify potential new solutions
Your profile:
Education Level
Master Degree, preferable in (Business-) Informatics or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Experience Level
- More than 5-7 years’ experience and knowledge of project management, Finance processes (OTC/PTP/RTR) as well as good functional SAP knowledge, strong digital understanding is desirable
- Preferably experience in a consulting background
- Experience in delivering digitalization projects of finance processes
- Strong communication skills paired with a responsible team player attitude
- High analytical and conceptual ability with attention to detail, but focusing on results
- Experience working in a global set up, curious about culture
- Advanced written and spoken English - C1 level or better
