Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding

  • Provide expert-level advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company's overall strategic objectives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

  • Assist in the design and delivery of engaging employee engagement and well-being initiatives

  • Support the HR team in projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organization
