Operating as a Senior Business Analyst within the Consumer sector, you have the exciting opportunity to embed a culture of continuous improvement by embedding a data driven mindset and standards throughout the operation. You will build relationships with stakeholders that inform your approach, and assist you in influencing behaviours and practices with a data driven approach to daily decision making. Key tasks and responsibilities in your role include:
- Build dashboards and data modelling using PowerBi
- Analyse and report on performance
- Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
- Plan and assist in ensuring customer efficiencies are improved and maximised
- Lead workshops and actively partner with internal stakeholders to build a data first approach

You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- Advanced MS Office; specifically PowerBi (essential), Excel and MS Access
- 3+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using SQL
- Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
- Experience within a warehouse environment preferred, but not essential
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
- Personal resilience with the ability to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
- Proven experience building relationships with, and influencing stakeholders at all levels on a daily basis
