Operating as a Senior Business Analyst within the Consumer sector, you have the exciting opportunity to embed a culture of continuous improvement by embedding a data driven mindset and standards throughout the operation. You will build relationships with stakeholders that inform your approach, and assist you in influencing behaviours and practices with a data driven approach to daily decision making. Key tasks and responsibilities in your role include:

• Build dashboards and data modelling using PowerBi
• Analyse and report on performance
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
• Plan and assist in ensuring customer efficiencies are improved and maximised
• Lead workshops and actively partner with internal stakeholders to build a data first approach

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• Advanced MS Office; specifically PowerBi (essential), Excel and MS Access
• 3+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency using SQL
• Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
• Experience within a warehouse environment preferred, but not essential
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
• Personal resilience with the ability to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
• Proven experience building relationships with, and influencing stakeholders at all levels on a daily basis
