Accountabilities:
• Responsible for OMS operational result at branch level.
• Define, monitor and enforce targets to OMS operational units.
• Select and assign key positions to reach targets.
• Analyses costs and cost structure of production and derives improvement measurements and actions.
• Manage OMS operation and service excellence
• To generate reports and analysis the overall service quality.
• Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the function.
• Develop a high performance service culture
• Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
• Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional team
• Support SHA OFR head to manage OMS operations
Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in forwardings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, particularly in Order Management area.
