Your mission:

You will lead the sales training and development strategy for Colombia, driving coaching, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

What you will do:

• Design and implement sales and leadership training programs.
• Lead the rollout of the Sales Academy for new and existing sales teams.
• Coach and support Sales Leaders to improve execution and performance.
• Track training effectiveness, employee progress, and development initiatives.
• Identify best practices and promote a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to drive commercial excellence initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or specialization is a plus.
• 5+ years of successful commercial/sales experience.
• 3+ years leading sales teams or commercial development initiatives.
• Experience in sales training, coaching, or talent development.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
