As a Senior SAP MDM & PTP Application Specialist, you will ensure stable operations of SAP Master Data Management and Purchase-to-Pay processes in S/4HANA. You will provide expert-level support, drive data quality and process optimization, and manage changes in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.

SAP MDM

• Manage Material Master, Vendor Master, and Business Partner data in S/4HANA
• MDM governance & workflow rules
• Data validation, cleansing, migration & enrichment
• Automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention in master data

SAP PTP

• Support core PTP processes (PR, PO, GR/IR, invoice handling)
• Support month-end GR/IR closing, vendor evaluation, service procurement and reporting
• Integration with FI (AP), MM

Application Support

• Resolve complex incidents within agreed SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot end-to-end issues
• Monitor and resolve interface errors (IDocs, APIs, RFCs)

Master Data Governance & Business Process Support

• Enforce Master Data and quality standards
• Support MDG workflows (where applicable)
• PTP operations and efficiency
• Improve compliance with global procurement standards and audit requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities (automation, simplification)

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• 5+ years of SAP MM/PTP/MDM support experience
• Strong understanding of MDM/MDG master data lifecycle
• Knowledge of PTP processes from procurement to invoice posting
• Understanding of integration with: FI (Accounts Payable, Tax, Vendor Ledger), WM/IM (stock management, GR processes), SD (vendor returns) SRM or other procurement systems
• Previous exposure to: IDocs, BAPIs, API Interfaces, LSMW or migration cockpit, Basic debugging, SAP FIORI apps (S/4HANA)
• Experience working in a shared services or global IT organization is an advantage
