We are extending our global BD team from E-commerce Rising Stars to a new focus with China Rising Stars, i.e. Chinese companies rapidly growing across regions outside of China. When they reach our regions, they require full attention, quick action and high connectivity within the BD and senior DSC and DHL organizations.
Integral parts of the position will be to (1) target rising star accounts, (2) position DHL as strategic supply chain partner, and (3) build a global pipeline for your portfolio. You will support internal structures to win new business and leverage existing relationships with other BUs.

Your key accountabilities include:
- Identify and target high-growth Chinese companies expanding globally and build a strong opportunity pipeline
- Win new business by supporting global bids and coordinating across regions and stakeholders
- Develop and execute global account plans and Joint Business Plans for key customers
- Build strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Drive share-of-wallet growth, upselling solutions and improving margins
- Align global, regional, and local teams to deliver complex, multi-regional opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and global account communities across DHL
What are we looking for from you?
- Proven track record in global sales, business development, or account management
- Mandarin plus either Spanish or Portuguese speaking capabilities – Essential
- Experience in supply chain / contract logistics
- Ability to win business and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-regional deals and growth
- Highly skilled in strategic thinking, negotiation, and solution selling
- Experience working in a matrix, cross-cultural, global environment
- Degree-level education with ongoing professional development
