Job Description:

• Portray a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers
• Support with the practical experience and knowledge in daily activities to achieve goals and objectives
• Build-up the co-operative relationship with the practical levels in Gateway and provide the positive attitude /solution when necessary
• Obtain correct and accurate info from external, internal customers and networks before flight arrive and/or after
• Ensure the accurate preparation of import Customs declarations and the timely provision of those for review (as required)
• Update and ensure that shipment info and status in the system is correct in timely manner
• Ensure that customer databases are maintained
• Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers
• Investigate and handle customer complaint and contact customer for proper solutions
• Notify duty, tax, and other charges with over credit limit to customers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Customs practices and procedures
• Compose internal report as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field is required.
• Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing Khmer and English is required.
• Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Email
• 1 or 2 years of working experience in Customs Clearance environment with strong customs regulations knowledge is preferable.
• Good supervisory, coaching, reporting and presentation skills
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
