We're now looking for a Transport Controller to: play a central role in coordinating daily transport operations within a small, dedicated team. This is a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, where you will ensure all vehicle movements are planned, monitored, and completed efficiently while supporting a positive driver culture.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Debriefing Drivers
• Working in a fast‑paced environment, the role requires confident decision‑making, real‑time problem solving, and strong communication with drivers and internal stakeholders by phone and email.
• You will uphold essential transport compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and support the smooth running of all transport operations.
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1s with drivers, supporting performance, engagement, and adherence to operational expectations.
• Inputting data, using different systems including Microlise and Tachomaster

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous experience of data input and admin duties
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be computer literate and have experience with excel spreadsheets
• Experience within a transport environment (desirable)
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑moving setting.
