Objectives:

Managing end-to-end customs, warehouse, and logistics operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in supporting one of our customer’s supply chain activities

Job Duties

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including inventory and SAP transactions
• Coordinate transportation activities (spot rate tender, delivery support, rate implementation)
• Handle customs compliance (documentation, permits, declarations, audits support)
• Perform logistics administration (SES, MRA, reporting, stakeholder coordination)
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade processes
• Support on-site coordination (bi-weekly presence required)
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/customs operations
• Strong understanding of customs regulations
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
