COUNTRY TRAINING OF APPLICATION & SUPPORT
Position Objective
To drive operational excellence by improving processes, enabling system adoption through effective training, ensuring application governance, and supporting compliance standards to enhance overall service quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Continuous Process Improvement: Analyze operational workflows, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Training & User Support: Assist in delivering training sessions and support user enablement to access operational systems and customer-facing applications.
- Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for application-related issues, working with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and smooth system usage.
- Training Materials Development: Maintain and update user guides, manuals, release notes, and training resources
- Quality & Compliance Training: Conduct training in quality standards, compliance policies, and environmental practices
- Customer Experience Support: Handle policy-related inquiries professionally, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Certification & Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining certifications (ISO, AEO, TAPA) through process alignment and staff awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, training, or operations
- Strong proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
