Key Responsibilities:

Job Scope:

The role involves managing end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations for SL customers, including handling escalation calls, urgent deliveries, and order processing while ensuring smooth coordination with customers and transport teams. It involves effective resource planning, strong working knowledge of Excel, WMS, and TMS, and monitoring KPIs to maintain service quality. The role requires analyzing operational data to identify efficiency improvements, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and upholding operational standards through excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations for SL customers.
  • Handle escalation calls, urgent 2-hour and 4-hour deliveries, and order processing activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with customers and transport teams through excellent communication and operational management skills.
  • Perform resource planning to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Excel, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transport Management System).
  • Monitor and track KPIs to ensure operational performance and service quality.
  • Analyse operational data and processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to customer compliance requirements and operational standards.

Experience, Qualification & Competencies

Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience in a Warehouse Operation.

Qualification:

Graduates/Postgraduates Degree from a reputed University/Institute.
