Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement Talent Management and succession planning initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with organizational strategy and workforce planning
- Support the end-to-end full talent review process, including identifying high-potential employees and supporting their development plans
- Partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle to build a strong and future-ready workforce.
- Advise leadership on performance, talent decisions, and organisational effectiveness.
- Identify capability gaps and implement development and pipeline strategies.
- Oversee learning and talent initiatives, ensuring they deliver business impact.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 2–5 years of relevant HR experience preferably in Talent Management

Good understanding of Talent Management frameworks, including competency models, IDPs, and succession planning practices.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across different levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
