Job Purpose:
Execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio’s, Manage simple acquisitions & development projects.
Your tasks:
  • Execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio
  • Manage simple acquisitions & development projects
  • Search real estate opportunities and viability in order to determine commercial options
  • Provide thorough market information to support real estate options
  • Negotiate best outcome for transaction and present opportunities to business
  • Work with stakeholders to finalize transaction including Legal, Retail, Finance
  • Follow‑up on the return of contracts and agreements that were provided for other CRE or business processes
  • Monthly VTT monitoring based on the savings or cost avoidance achieved
  • Follow‑up on amendment agreements
  • Monitoring and ensuring full compliance with the TM Tracker
Stakeholders
  • Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers and co-workers
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
  • Provide technical support to line supervisor
  • External stakeholders: Commercial real estate agents, Landlords, property managers
Internal Stakeholders: Business Unit Management Team (Retail), GBS CRE local, Legal
Your profile:
Education Level
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Law, Administration or similar
  • Intermediate English
  • Knowledge of lease language & related legal documentation specific to commercial real estate
Experience Level
  • 1 year
