We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.

Job Purpose

Provide reliable and accurate support in administering HR Administration / Employee Data processes to deliver high quality HR Shared Services in line with business requirements, service level standards and compliance guidelines.

Key Tasks:

  • Administer assigned HR Administration / Employee Data processes in accordance with established SLAs, quality standards and timelines.
  • Perform accurate end‑to‑end processing of employee lifecycle transactions (e.g. New Hires, Job Changes, Transfers, Terminations, Data Updates).
  • Identify recurring errors or data trends, take corrective actions, and propose process improvements where applicable.
  • Resolve standard and moderately complex employee or HR Partner queries; escalate complex or policy‑related cases as required.
  • Support peers by sharing best practices and guidance on recurring issues within assigned HR services.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and audit documentation related to assigned HR processes.
  • Gather feedback from employees and HR stakeholders on service delivery and share insights with the Supervisor for continuous improvement.

Your profile:

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration or related field)
  • HR certification is an advantage

Experience Level

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Administration / Employee Data / HR Shared Services.
  • Hands on exposure to core HR processes (e.g. Employee Lifecycle, Payroll inputs, Basic C&B data, ER administration support).
  • Experience working with HR systems and structured processes.
  • Proven ability to work independently while adhering to defined controls and standards.
  • Demonstrate capability to build and maintain effective working relationships
