We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team in Italy and support the execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives.
The role supports the Marketing & Communication Manager in both strategic and operational activities, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, external communication, and engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Marketing team coordinating external and internal engagement events in line with the annual marketing plan (BTL materials, presentations, operational management of suppliers, logistics, registration and hospitality activities, production, follow-up)
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media communications
- Manage Salesforce.com leads, ensuring proper tracking and handover to Business Development
- Monitor and optimize contacts and pipeline activities to support performance targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and communication materials (presentations, videos, etc.)
- Support branding activities across offices and logistics sites
- Ensure full compliance with DHL brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
- Manage relationships with the DHL Sponsorship Team and coordinate customer participation in sponsored events
- Coordinate external suppliers
- Handle budget tracking and purchase orders
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 1–2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge of: Digital marketing tools and channels, MS Office and presentation tools, Content creation platforms (e.g., Canva)
- Excellent communication and Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
