Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the process and system requirements of the source country and source ERP system and map to the functional and interfaces solutions already available in the target G3P SAP S/4 HANA system.
- Communicate with the project stakeholders (local, Global, externals) during the various phases of the deployment, address any questions and obtains the sign offs in his/her area of responsibility.
- Do a fit gap analysis of legacy system functionality to that of the global platform and recommend a standard solution and process to the stake holders.
- Implement convergence activities for one or multiple work streams
- Trigger the necessary actions and escalation towards the ERP Project Manager / Director whenever necessary.
- Use a standardized deployment methodology while deploying the various countries/company codes and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Deliver successful change requests, aligned within the Global ERP team and with the process towers.
- Provide ad-hoc 2nd and 3rd level support to business users.
- Expand and share your knowledge within and beyond your work streams
- Manage clear project objectives and expectations
- Proactively raise risks and check with your peer on the potential solutions/outcome
- Learn from project outcome to improve on the next ones.
- Provide the ERP senior specialist with ideas for improvements, either from a process, methodology or people perspective.
- Maintain excellent communication and rapport within Global ERP teams, ITSC developers, Process Towers, SSC's colleagues
- Evaluate and improve Oracle and SAP systems implementation and solutions delivery process to ensure success
- Ensure a standard systems implementation process and usage of a common methodology and standards

- Provide input to your manager for actual communication events, such as steering board meetings.

Stakeholder Management
- Process Towers, ERP team process leads, Business (SSC's and in countries), Global BPO, ITS developpers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- SAP systems in-depth systems knowledge is a must. Oracle and SQL knowledge is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrate a strong interest in accounting and technology
- Curious, creative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced environment while still producing high-quality, detail-orientated work.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functional universes.
- Strong communication skills in actual communication events, such as steering board (senior management), weekly update or ad-hoc presentations.
Expected (Years of) Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience as an ERP member
- Experience in multiple ERP convergence activities activities others tasks, e.g. change requests.
- Strong experience in multiple work streams (RtR, OtC, PtP, CO)
- Functional expertise within one or more workstream.
