Key Responsibilities
• Assist HR Head in executing Human Resources policies & guidelines in the district/product and perform any other duties as assigned
• Provide HR services and listen to the concerns from district/product employees
• Collaborate HR Functional managers in drafting the Corporate HR policies & guidelines
• Assist HR Functional managers in implementing programs & projects
• Cooperate business functional managers in staff attraction, management and retention
• Work with vendors in the area of Contract/Temp staff management and outsource HR routine jobs
• Work with vendor to collaborate in annual medical scheme
• Use tools to review and improve communication
• Plan, follow up and review District/product HR practices
• Prepare the headcount & staff cost budget for the annual business plan or any new projects
• Provide comprehensive reports related to headcounts, staff cost, turnover rate etc. HR data
• Oversee recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, performance management, HRIS and other HR aspects in the district/product
• Administrate district/product related HR information
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 7 years relevant HR experience, 2 years managerial position experience and Logistics business experience is preferred but not essential
