We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, a solid software engineering mindset, and the ability to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions while contributing to technical improvements and best practices across the team.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python automation with a strong focus on quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver features aligned with business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across existing and new Python automations.
• Share knowledge with team members and support less experienced developers through guidance and collaboration.
• Stay up to date with relevant technologies and development practices to help improve team effectiveness and solution quality.

What you should have:

• Strong experience with Python development and a proven track record of delivering robust software solutions/automations.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, testing, and maintainable system design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex technical challenges effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and contribute positively within a development team.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
